Who we are

Little Sprouts Preschool is a small, in-home preschool in Mesa, Arizona. This page is maintained by Little Sprouts Preschool to explain what information we collect through this website and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Application and intake information you submit through the application form — child and guardian names, contact details, home address, emergency and pick-up contacts, and the health, care, and development details requested on the form.
• Contact form messages — your name, email, optional phone number, and the message you send.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We keep a record of payment status and amount.

How we use it

Information is used only to review applications, communicate with families, care safely for enrolled children, and process tuition and enrollment payments. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Applications and messages are visible only to the teacher/owner through a password-protected admin area. Data is stored with our hosting and database provider, and payments are handled by Stripe. These providers process information on our behalf.

Children's information

Information about children is provided by a parent or guardian. It is used solely for enrollment, care, and safety, and is shared with emergency responders or authorized pick-up contacts only as needed.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept while your family is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your family's information at any time by emailing kelsey@lilsproutspreschool.com.
